Performance Tuning Windows Vista

This blog post is dedicated to me for I can't remember everything I do. I set out tweaking Windows Vista and its features to get a better performance. My considerations:

1. No jazzy features till I upgrade my RAM (currently 1 GB, Upgradeable to 4 GB)
2. No services that you need automated...like ulead DVD burner helper on startup
3. No programs at run time that slow you down ...like Lexmark Imaging Studio when you dont scan/print frequently
